On the June 17 edition of the Neal Larson show, Neal discusses the re-election of Dorothy Moon as Idaho GOP State Chairwoman.
The show notes say: “Dorothy Moon was re-elected as Idaho GOP chair despite efforts by Gem State Conservatives to unseat her by flipping precinct leadership. She took the vote by 62 percent.”
The show includes a discussion about the history behind the Gem State Conservatives and “bad faith Republican” efforts to replace Moon, the leader of Idaho’s conservative grassroots movement, and other conservatives with candidates selected by Trent Clark, Tom Luna, and their allies. The Clark/Luna effort was dramatically defeated at the recent state party convention.
