The Chubbuck Development Authority (CDA) is pleased to announce two new programs now available within the Yellowstone Corridor Urban Renewal District. These programs are designed to support reinvestment, strengthen local businesses, and advance key projects that provide long-term public benefit along the corridor.
The new Project Participation Program allows the CDA to partner financially with property owners and developers on eligible projects that align with the urban renewal plan, while the Façade Improvement Program offers assistance to business and property owners looking to enhance the exterior appearance of their buildings. Together, these programs are intended to encourage redevelopment, improve visual appeal, and support continued economic vitality in the Yellowstone Corridor.
