(City of Pocatello Press Release, October 19, 2026)

Enjoy a pizza night with family and friends while supporting a great cause! The Pocatello Police Department is teaming up with Pizza Pie Café, 4141 Pole Line Road, to raise funds for its Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program.

[Yesterday], October 19, through Thursday, October 22, Pizza Pie Cafe will donate 20% of qualifying sales to the D.A.R.E. program. Participating is easy! Simply dine at Pizza Pie Cafe and tell the staff, “I’m here for the D.A.R.E. program!” That’s it! Enjoy your meal, and 20% of your purchase will go toward supporting local youth programs.

The community is also invited to a special D.A.R.E. Night Wednesday, October 21, featuring a police vehicle and D.A.R.E. vehicle for children and families to see and take photos with.

Funds raised will support the D.A.R.E. program in local elementary schools, as well as the High School Leadership Academy and Middle School Summer Programs that provide opportunities and support for at-risk youth.

Whether you’re craving pizza or looking for an easy way to give back, this fundraiser is a great opportunity to support programs that make a difference in the lives of local students.

The Pocatello Police Department’s School Resource Officers thank the community for its continued support of D.A.R.E. and the youth of Pocatello.

Remember the magic words: “I’m here for the D.A.R.E. program!”
