(Janice McGeachin for Governor Press Release, September 1, 2021)

Boise, Idaho — Today, the Ada County GOP released the results of their straw poll conducted at the Ada County Fair.  Janice McGeachin for Governor was the clear favorite, winning 68% of the 815 votes cast.  Her nearest opponent garnered just 13.3% of the vote.

This follows a straw poll victory from Idaho Republicans of District 22 at Kuna Days in early August where McGeachin took 53% of the total vote and her nearest opponent received 33%.

A straw poll conducted at the Boise Gun Show in June saw McGeachin win 90% of the 233 votes cast.

“I’m humbled by the support my campaign continues to receive.  Fighting for Idahoans’ freedom and individual liberty appears to be a winning message,” McGeachin said.  “Thank you to all who participated in these straw polls!”
