If so, you won’t want to miss Wednesday evening’s “Homeowner to Investor: Make Your Home Work for You” class, offered by Chris and Margaret Schnitzler of HomeSmart Premier Realty and Oliver AhMu of Premier Mortgage Resources.
This informative class will discuss how to use the equity in your home to move you from “just a homeowner” to an investor. Topics will include refinancing, reverse mortgages, rentals, and home-flipping.
The 90-minute class will be held on Wednesday, May 18, at 6:00 p.m., at the Wanderlust Craft Beer Taproom & Wine Bar, 1799 Hurley Drive, Suite A, Pocatello. All participants will be provided with a drink voucher.
