Chris and Margaret urge both buyers and sellers to pay attention to details. For sellers, that means finishing up all those nagging repairs: “Fix the leaky faucet, redo the caulk in the bathroom or around the windows, find those repairs you know need to be done and get started on them.”
For buyers, it’s important to open your eyes and your mouth. The Schnitzlers say, “When walking through a home with an inspector it’s always good to ask questions as they come to mind and take notes as you go along.”
