Pocatello, ID–Mountain Valley Baptist Church, located at 202 S 7th Avenue, invites the community to join them for their annual Harvest Sunday celebration on September 25.
The service will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. in the church’s beautiful auditorium. Congregants will be able to both listen to and participate in traditional sacred music, then be challenged by a sermon preached by Pastor Don Whitecar. Children will enjoy a special Children’s Church time, with stories, songs, and activities designed especially for them. There will also be a nursery available for babies and toddlers.
New this year is a Spanish-language service, which will be held in a separate room concurrently to the English service. This service will be led by Raymond Jones, who serves as a missionary in Guadalajara, Mexico.
After the service, all guests are invited to stay for a meal. A petting zoo will be set up as well, for the enjoyment of the children and the adults who are with them.
