(Idaho Attorney General’s Office, January 17, 2023)

Boise–Last Friday, Attorney General Raúl Labrador filed a letter along with 21 other states condemning the FDA for reversing decades of precedent and allowing abortion inducing drugs to be distributed remotely. This is a brazen federal power grab that endangers women’s health and violates federal and state laws. In Idaho, we protect women and the unborn, and this federal overreach is unacceptable. The full letter can be read here.

Note: The other signers of the letter include the Attorneys General of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

  1. Thank you, Attorney General Raúl Labrador of Idaho, for adding your signature to this crucial growing list of signatories! Idaho is blessed abundantly to finally have a truly great man who will do the right thing to protect women and children! Bless you forever, Raúl, for standing for the safety of women and their as-yet-unborn children. And by extension, protecting the fights of fathers of their as-yet-unborn children! For negating Big Pharma and those who ingratiate them, while gaining abortion-on-demand popularity, adding to their own financial success by their efforts through this evil practice of abortion on demand. Raúl, Idahoans are blessed for your courage! THANK YOU!
