Pocatello–The Idaho Freedom Foundation’s legislative scorecards for the 2023 session are now available. Scorecards can be searched by legislator, party, chamber, district, index, or year.
Bannock County’s legislators were consistently low scorers, with even the Republicans receiving mostly “D” or “F” grades from the Foundation. Only Kevin Andrus (D28) received higher grades: an “A-” on the Education Index and a “C+” on the Freedom Index.
