Blackfoot–Bannock County Sheriff’s Deputy Albert Luce passed away yesterday at EIRMC due to injuries sustained in an off-duty ATV accident.
A flyer posted on Facebook says “Albert was a 13+ year veteran of the Bannock County Sheriff’s Office. He served in many capacities and did so with honor and integrity. His service will not be forgotten.”
Donations are being accepted to assist the family. Sergeant Chance Topliff is coordinating that effort.
Luce’s funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at the Blackfoot South Stake Center on 900 Riverton Rd.
