Pocatello police are looking for a 65 year of age female by the name of Debra Halstead. Halstead was last seen on 8/04/23, on foot in the area of 400 S. Arthur in Pocatello. She was last seen wearing a multicolored shirt and pink or peach colored pants. Halstead is 5’06”, approximately 275 pounds, hazel eyes and short gray hair.
