HHS Coach Sorrel on Skyline Game
Highland High School Football Head Coach Coach Sorrel talked to the Observer about last Thursday’s win against Skyline High School’s Grizzlies.
When asked what the Rams did best, Coach Sorrel responded, “What it came down to was we made plays when we had to. We weren’t firing on all cylinders. We had some mental mistakes: defense had Two turnovers, and Four forth down stops. We buckled down when we had to. It wasn’t flawless. The offense was running the ball really well.”
Regarding the upcoming game against Century High School, Sorrel said,“The big thing they’re working on is mental mistakes against Century. We need to make sure Century can’t catch and run. We can’t [let] Century get big long plays. Century has a bunch of different looks.”
