Despite millions of dollars spent trying to change the way Idahoans’ votes are tabulated, residents overwhelmingly rejected Proposition 1 yesterday. With 42 of 44 Counties currently reporting, NO on Prop. 1 was winning handily with 69.8% of the vote.
