The Pocatello Police Department invites the community to join us for National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Lookout Point.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes strong partnerships between law enforcement, first responders, local organizations, businesses, and the residents they serve. The event provides an opportunity for neighbors to meet the people who serve their community while enjoying an evening of family-friendly activities.
This free event will feature something for all ages, including:
- Police, fire, and emergency services vehicles
- Police K-9 demonstrations
- SWAT and specialty unit displays
- Interactive activities and games for children
- Community organization and business booths
- Food vendors
- Opportunities to meet members of local public safety agencies
Community organizations, nonprofits, businesses, and public safety partners will be on hand sharing resources, educational materials, and information about the services they provide. Attendees are encouraged to visit each booth, participate in activities, and learn more about the many organizations working together to make Pocatello a safe and vibrant community.
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
Registration Deadline: August 1, 2026 – Organizations and businesses interested in participating can register online at;
