The Empowered Caregiver Series offers four free classes in Pocatello designed to help caregivers better understand dementia and confidently navigate their caregiving role. Topics include building a strong caregiving foundation, supporting independence, improving communication and managing dementia-related behaviors, and exploring respite, long-term care, and other support services. Classes are held September 22 through October 13 from noon–1:30 p.m. at Housing Alliance & Community Partnerships. See flyer for details.
